SSM Terms of Service

Outlined below are the Solved Social Media, LLC ("SSM" or the "Company") Terms of Service (the "TOS" or "Terms"). These Terms have been designed to provide clarity regarding the Company’s services and to foster a positive working relationship.

By subscribing to and continuing to use any Solved Social Media package (or service) you are agreeing to be bound by the following Terms of Service:

  • (1) Subscriptions are billed automatically on a monthly basis at the beginning of each subscription month based on the initial subscription date and are non-refundable.

  • (2) The activation fee for any service package is non-refundable.

  • (3) You are solely responsible for tracking your billing date and canceling your subscription. You may cancel or change your subscription at any time by calling the Solved Social Media office at 516-243-1911 during the hours of 8:00am – 4:00pm Eastern.

  • (4) Webinar Clients Only – You are free to cancel your Solved Social Media subscription at any point in time, for any reason. However, webinar clients (clients who signed up as a result of one of our webinars) need to stay a minimum of (3) months if he/she wants to keep the accounts that have been created for them. This was put in place to help with agents who kept taking advantage of the reduced pricing webinar promotion and immediately canceling after their pages were created. All non-webinar clients can cancel at any time without this stipulation.

  • (5) Upon your cancellation any and all client information collected during the subscription, including but not limited to log in credentials, email templates, and links to your accounts, will be deleted from the servers maintained by Solved Social Media. This information may not be recoverable once your account is cancelled. All posts created by Solved Social Media on your social media channels will remain intact, providing your social accounts remain active and in agreement with the third party Terms of Service of the respective social media platform (e.g., Facebook, Pinterest, etc.).

  • (6) If you cancel your account and choose to re-subscribe to any Solved Social Media service you will be charged the full standard pricing and not the promotional pricing to which you were originally subscribed. Additional activation fees may be incurred as a result.

  • (7) Accounts may be terminated due to nonpayment at any time as determined by Solved Social Media. In the event that you choose to re-subscribe after termination, you will be subject to an Activation fee.

  • (8) Any missed postings due to the fault of a third party change of terms, service, or regulations and/or as a result of internal testing will not be grounds for any refund. Periods of missed postings of (1) week or greater due to any of the above, may result in a partial credit at the sole discretion of Solved Social Media.

  • (9) Unless significant extenuating circumstances exist, refunds will not be made for any services after payment has already begun processing or during the course of processing a charge. In the case of significant extenuating circumstances and at the sole discretion of Solved Social Media, the Company may elect to refund a portion of the charges.

  • (10) If a client has received management services and has an unpaid balance of (2) or more months, Solved Social Media has the right to temporarily unpublish said client's social media accounts until the balance is paid. Once paid, the accounts will be republished and work like normal.


Solved Social Media reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service listed above at any time for any reason, by posting any changes to the Solved Social Media website. You can review any changes that may impact you by checking SolvedSocialMedia.com/legal

This privacy policy discloses the privacy practices for SolvedSocialMedia.com. This privacy policy applies solely to information collected by this web site.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
